Serious tactile power without a tall transducer body.
The Xcite XBS100-4 is a 4 Ohm tactile bass shaker for sim racing rigs that need strong, detailed feedback but cannot easily fit a bulky traditional transducer. Treat it as a 100W RMS haptic unit first: the 500W figure is peak/max headroom, while the useful setup target is clean 100W-class tactile control with proper amplifier headroom.

Feel stronger effects without turning every vibration into one big rumble.
The XBS100-4 is made for stronger tactile zones: seat base, backrest, pedal deck, chassis plate or a dedicated haptic platform. In a tuned SimHub setup it can separate road texture, kerbs, engine vibration, gear shifts, ABS pulses and impacts with more force than smaller compact shakers.
Use it where you want a stronger physical hit through the seat, frame or mounted plate.
11 Hz – 1 kHz operating range with a 22.1 Hz resonance point for deep tactile response.
+/- 12 mm mechanical excursion helps create movement you can feel, not only surface vibration.
48.5 mm total height makes it easier to fit than many traditional high-output tactile units.

High-output tactile response in a 48.5 mm body.
The XBS100-4 uses a neodymium motor, oversized 4.5 inch dual voice coil, dual steel suspension and Xcite’s SpiderCore architecture. That combination keeps the unit slim while giving it the excursion, speed and mechanical strength needed for demanding haptic use.
The practical continuous figure for amplifier sizing and real-world tactile tuning.
Large mechanical excursion for a compact, low-profile transducer.
Strong force output, with 215 N average force specification.
Robust construction with minimal-footprint terminals and a clean compact format.
Plan it as a 100W RMS shaker with serious peak headroom.
The XBS100-4 is a 4 Ohm tactile transducer and needs an amplifier that is stable at the final impedance of your wiring. For planning, work around the 100W RMS rating and use the 500W figure as peak/max headroom rather than a constant power target. It is not a good match for tiny low-power desktop amps if you want the unit to perform properly.

Give the shaker a solid mechanical path into the rig.
A powerful tactile transducer only works well when the vibration can travel into the structure. Mount the XBS100-4 to a rigid plate, seat frame, pedal deck or cockpit profile instead of soft padding. The stronger the mechanical coupling, the cleaner and more useful the feedback will feel.
Seat base, backrest, pedals or cockpit frame – decide where the strongest feedback should be felt.
Solid plates and aluminum profile transfer energy better than flexible brackets or soft surfaces.
Plan wiring around the 4 Ohm load and make sure the amplifier is stable for the final setup.
Strong shakers feel best when each effect has a purpose instead of sending everything at full gain.

156 mm diameter, only 48.5 mm tall.
The XBS100-4 is much more serious than the smaller XBS25, but still keeps a low-profile body. That makes it useful for tight cockpit positions where you want higher tactile output without creating a tall stack under the seat or pedal area.
The transducer itself, ready for your own haptic system.
This product includes one Xcite XBS100-4 tactile transducer. Amplifier, wiring, audio output, mounting hardware and mounting plates are selected separately based on your rig and the number of tactile channels you want to run.

Is this stronger than XBS25?
Yes. The XBS100-4 is the higher-output model with 100W RMS rating, larger body, more excursion and much higher force capability.
Can it be used with SimHub?
Yes. With a suitable amplifier and audio output, it can be used for SimHub tactile effects such as road texture, kerbs, gear shifts, engine vibration, ABS and impacts.
