Advanced is the compact, high-output 120 mm setup. WindSim PRO is the stronger 140 mm version for more airflow headroom and longer, hotter sessions.
Telemetry-driven airflow in a compact 120 mm WindSim package.
WindSim Advanced is a complete dual-side wind simulation bundle for sim racing rigs. It uses four high-RPM 120 mm PWM fans, the OCRacing ControlBox and SimHub telemetry control to turn speed, acceleration and driving effects into airflow you can actually feel in the cockpit.

Advanced is the compact 120 mm kit. PRO is the higher-airflow 140 mm upgrade.
Both kits are built around SimHub telemetry, OCRacing ControlBox control, external 12V fan power and left / right airflow. The difference is hardware headroom: Advanced uses 120 mm components and is easier on price and space, while PRO steps up to larger 140 mm components for stronger airflow and more cooling reserve.
| Feature | WindSim Advanced | WindSim PRO |
|---|---|---|
| Fan platform | 4x 120 mm high-RPM PWM fans Compact and still strong enough for a serious wind effect. | 4x 140 mm high-output PWM fans Larger fan area for more airflow headroom. |
| Airflow target | Up to 160 CFM per side. | Up to 220 CFM per side. |
| Best for | Racers who want strong telemetry wind in a smaller, better-value package. | Racers who want maximum cooling headroom, stronger airflow and the top OCRacing WindSim configuration. |
| Physical feel | Fast, responsive airflow with a more compact fan setup. | More pressure at higher output and more reserve for hot rooms or long endurance sessions. |
| Price position | Selected model. | Upgrade to PRO for +31.86 EUR. |
Advanced keeps the kit compact while still using four PWM fans and telemetry-controlled output.
PRO adds bigger fan hardware and more airflow headroom for the strongest OCRacing WindSim feel.
The current price difference from Advanced to PRO is 31.86 EUR.
Both versions are built around SimHub control, speed-reactive airflow and left / right fan behaviour.
Feel speed build around the cockpit, not only through force feedback.
A direct drive wheel tells your hands what the car is doing. WindSim adds a second physical layer: airflow that rises with speed and reacts to the telemetry profile. Advanced gives that sensation in a compact 120 mm package, with enough airflow to make straights, braking zones and long sessions feel more alive.
Fan output can rise naturally as the car accelerates and soften again at lower speeds.
SimHub can shift output between left and right fan channels for a more directional cornering feel.
Tube and duct hardware lets you aim airflow toward the driver instead of filling the whole room.
Advanced gives real cockpit cooling for long sessions without needing the full PRO airflow headroom.
The ControlBox turns telemetry into controlled 120 mm fan output.
WindSim Advanced uses the OCRacing ControlBox to receive SimHub commands and drive the fan output. USB carries the control signal from the PC, while the fans are powered from the external 12V supply. That keeps airflow controllable and smooth instead of relying on a weak USB-only fan setup.
Receives SimHub output and controls the left / right fan channels.
The fans are powered properly from the included external power supply.
Smooth fan control helps the wind effect feel natural rather than on/off.
Dual-side airflow can react differently depending on the telemetry profile.
Built around 120 mm components and shipped as a full WindSim system.
WindSim Advanced is not only a printed duct set. The bundle includes the control hardware, 120 mm fan platform, tube/duct mounting parts, external power and cockpit mounting hardware needed for the Advanced configuration.

OCRacing WindSim ControlBox for SimHub-driven fan control.
Four 120 mm PWM fans form the Advanced airflow platform.
Two 120 mm tube sets help route airflow toward the cockpit.
Clamps, T-nuts and screws for a clean aluminium-profile rig installation.
Advanced gives strong speed-reactive airflow in a smaller package, with PRO available when maximum airflow reserve matters most.
WindSim Advanced adds comfort that matters during longer races.
Wind simulation is not only about immersion. A steady, speed-reactive airflow helps keep the cockpit fresher during long stints, especially when the room warms up and the direct drive wheel starts to make the session physical. Advanced will not magically make a driver faster, but it can help with comfort, focus and consistency.
