Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how to notify us, how to send the goods back and how your refund is handled.
Tell us first
Send your withdrawal statement by email or post before the 14-day period ends. You can use our model return form, but it is not mandatory.
Pack the goods safely
Return the goods without undue delay, ideally in the original packaging with all accessories and enough protection for transport.
Receive your refund
After withdrawal, we reimburse eligible payments using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Right to withdraw
Your 14-day withdrawal right
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins once you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, please inform us by post or email. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

Legal basis
This policy is based on EU consumer withdrawal rules, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in applicable Slovak consumer protection law.
It applies to consumer purchases made online. It does not limit your statutory rights if the goods are defective, damaged on delivery or supplied incorrectly.

Effects of withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all eligible payments received for the goods as soon as possible, and no later than 5 working days after the returned parcel is delivered back to us. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise.
Partial returns may not apply to bundles, discounted sets or combined deals where the returned item affects the original discount structure.
Return shipping
Returning the goods
Please return the goods without undue delay to OCRacing, s. r. o., Gundulicova 907/12, 811 05 Bratislava, Slovakia. For withdrawal returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to us.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period ends.
Product condition
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, similar to what would be possible in a physical store.
Because of the nature of the products we sell, including sim racing hardware, electronics, mounts, cables, 3D printed accessories and related components, installation marks, scratched mounting points, damaged connectors, missing screws, used adhesive parts, damaged packaging or other signs of extended use may reduce the value of the goods.
If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary for inspection and basic functional testing, you are responsible for the diminished value and the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Please avoid damage or contamination. If possible, return products in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, use suitable protective packaging to prevent transport damage.
Exceptions
Exclusions
The right to withdraw may expire early for contracts involving digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with your consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is waived.
Return handling
Return number
We may provide a return number, which should be displayed on the package if possible. This helps us identify the return faster, but it is not a requirement for exercising your withdrawal right.
