From payment to dispatch

After your order is placed, we usually need 1-3 working days to verify payment, prepare the products, pack the shipment and hand it to the delivery service.

Order checkedStock information shown on our website is based on real warehouse availability. A warehouse or inventory mismatch can still happen occasionally, so we verify availability before packing and contact you quickly if anything needs to change.

Parcel preparedProducts are packed securely and handed to the selected delivery service. Larger orders may be split into multiple insured parcels.

Tracking sentYou receive confirmation and tracking once the parcel is dispatched. Delivery time depends on destination, selected service and customs processing.

Costs, tracking and carrier cover

Shipping costs are calculated from destination, package weight and selected service. Postal services can include basic carrier compensation or optional cover, so checkout checks the cart before confirming the final method.

Pickup in person and cash on delivery are not available.

Delivery checks and delays

Please inspect the package on delivery. If you see visible damage, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Delays can happen during customs clearance, peak periods or carrier disruptions outside our control.
