Active force feedback for your feet, not just your steering wheel.
The MOZA mBooster Active Pedal brings a new layer of sim racing feedback into the pedal box. Instead of behaving like a purely passive spring and damper pedal, the mBooster uses an active motor-driven system to simulate pedal feel, rebound, ABS feedback, traction control feedback, engine vibration, vehicle body vibration, gear shift impact and G-force effects through telemetry and MOZA Pit House tuning.

Feel more than pedal pressure: feel what the car is doing.
MOZA’s telemetry database is used to create dynamic pedal feedback for braking, throttle and vehicle effects. That means the pedal can communicate ABS activation during braking, dynamic throttle feedback for traction control, engine vibration, vehicle body vibration, gear shift impact and G-force effects. It is the kind of hardware that makes one pedal feel active and alive instead of fixed.
Pedal response can communicate braking intervention and lockup-style feedback.
Throttle feedback can react to TC-style telemetry behavior.
Engine vibration, vehicle body vibration and gear shift impact add physical cues.
Pedal feedback can reflect dynamic car load and acceleration events.
Change pedal feel without rebuilding the pedal mechanically.
MOZA Pit House software gives the mBooster one-click presets and detailed tuning for basic pedal behavior and advanced feedback. Rebound, stroke, damping and friction can be adjusted in software, so you can move from a light road-car throttle feel to a much firmer braking profile without physically swapping springs and elastomers every time.
Dual 200 kg load cells plus high-resolution position sensing.
For braking precision, the mBooster uses dual 200 kg load cell sensors for pedal force detection with zero dead zones. MOZA also describes a sensor fusion algorithm combining 15-bit angle sensors with dual pressure sensors, plus a 21-bit high-resolution magnetic encoder rated at 2,097,152 PPR for smooth and detailed motor control.
Precise pedal force detection for braking consistency.
Combined with pressure sensing through a fusion algorithm.
2,097,152 PPR resolution for detailed motor control.
Designed for responsive braking and confident input control.
Strong pedal force, rebound and smooth operation in one compact system.
The active feedback system uses a motor and ball screw design to create pedal force and rebound that passive pedals cannot reproduce in the same way. MOZA highlights a high-precision ball screw, segmented servo motor and closed rail-free design to reduce operational friction, with noise levels listed as low as 44 dB.
One active pedal platform, multiple driving roles.
MOZA states that the mBooster can be configured as a throttle, brake or clutch. That flexibility is the key difference versus a conventional pedal: the same hardware can be tuned for very different pedal characters, from a road-car throttle to a firmer racing brake feel. The pedal surface also uses a curved ergonomic design intended to match the arch of the foot.
Built for MOZA ecosystems, CRP2 integration and direct PC use.
The mBooster is listed as compatible with CRP2 pedals and MOZA Racing ecosystems. MOZA also describes full compatibility through direct PC connection and support for almost all branded bases, while fully supporting MOZA’s wheelbase lineup. For a serious rig, that makes it more than a single-purpose pedal: it becomes an active input and feedback module inside the cockpit.
What the active pedal can communicate.
Physical pedal feedback during braking events.
Dynamic response when traction control behavior is active.
Motor feedback can add engine-style vibration cues.
Vehicle body vibration, gear shift impact and G-force feedback add another layer of immersion.
