USB display for custom SimHub dashboards.
The VoCore 6.8 Inch MPRO Display Screen is a lightweight USB display module built for projects where a normal HDMI monitor is too large, too messy or simply not the right shape. In a sim racing cockpit it is ideal for custom DDU-style dashboards, telemetry screens, control panels and compact information displays powered by software such as SimHub.

Turn live telemetry into a dedicated cockpit display.
Used with the right software and mounting solution, the VoCore display can become a dedicated dashboard for gear, RPM, speed, lap delta, position, fuel, temperatures, flags and other race data. The benefit is simple: important information sits physically in the cockpit instead of fighting for space as an overlay on the main monitor.
Great for compact SimHub dashboards and custom telemetry pages.
Show useful driving data such as gear, delta, RPM, speed and warnings.
Fits where a normal monitor would be too bulky or distracting.
A strong base for custom displays, button boxes and rig-mounted control panels.
No HDMI cable, no bulky display controller.
VoCore designed the MPRO screen for devices that only have USB 2.0 available and do not have MIPI, HDMI or another video interface. The display data is sent directly through USB and handled by the MPRO driver board, which keeps the hardware compact and useful for embedded projects, Raspberry-style setups and custom PC dashboards.

A display module that can also become a control surface.
The 6.8 inch MPRO version includes capacitive two-point touch support. That makes it useful not only as a passive dashboard, but also for custom pages, menu controls or embedded UI projects where touch input is supported by the software you are using.
Add shift lights, warning LEDs or ambient telemetry around the display.
The MPRO ecosystem can also be used for addressable WS2812B / NeoPixel-style RGB LEDs. In a sim racing build this opens the door for a more complete dashboard: the screen can show the data, while LEDs around the housing can be used for RPM, shift points, flags, pit limiter, traction control or custom warning effects.
Addressable 5 V RGB LEDs can be used for shift lights, flags and custom cockpit alerts.
VoCore documents the reliable route as MPRO controlling WS2812B via I2C and a CH32V003 controller.
Firmware v0.25 adds a direct SPI-style output option: red pin to LED DIN, plus 5 V and GND.
The direct SPI method is easier, but VoCore notes it can be less stable because the SPI bus is shared.
LEDs need 5 V and GND. Plan LED power separately if the strip is longer or brighter.
For the low-cost route, the red pin connects directly to the WS2812B DIN input.
The stable route uses I2C DAT / CLK with pull-ups and a CH32V003 to generate the LED waveform.
LED effects require compatible firmware, wiring, software setup and the LED hardware itself.
Plan the enclosure like it is part of the product.
This is a display module, so the final result depends on how it is mounted, protected and configured. VoCore specifically warns that the internal display glass is ultra-thin and that the corners are fragile. For a sim racing cockpit, that means the screen should be installed in a protective housing or mount and should not be used as a structural part.

The USB cable must carry data, not only power, for the screen to work correctly.
A proper enclosure should avoid pressure on the panel surface and corners.
Driver and dashboard behavior depends on the software stack, OS and configuration.
VoCore warns not to run SimHub and v2scrctl at the same time because it can cause conflicts.
