Add a proper H-pattern shifter to your simulator cockpit.
PXN SF U is a wired 7+1 H-pattern gear shifter for PC and supported PXN wheel base setups. It is made for drivers who want a physical gear lever instead of paddle-only driving, especially for road cars, classic racing, drifting, truck sims and any title where manual shifting makes the cockpit feel more real.

Drive manual cars with a real gate instead of guessing through buttons.
The SF U uses a 7-speed plus reverse H-pattern layout. That gives you the familiar physical movement between gears, so road cars, classics and drift builds feel more natural than when every gear change happens from wheel paddles.
Physical gate layout for manual shifting in supported sims.
PXN uses a push-down action for the 7th and reverse gear positions.
The gate helps the lever follow defined gear paths instead of a loose throw.
High-resolution angle sensing helps the shifter read positions accurately.
The lockout makes reverse deliberate, not accidental.
PXN describes the reverse gear as different from a traditional loose gate. To engage reverse, return the lever to the middle, press it down and then move into the reverse position. That extra action is exactly what you want in a cockpit: clear intent before the car goes backwards.

The shape matters once it is mounted beside the wheel.
These extra views show the tall lever, compact metal body and wide mounting base more clearly. It helps customers understand the actual footprint of the SF U before placing it on a desk, profile rig or side bracket next to the wheel.

A shifter should feel like cockpit hardware, not a desk toy.
The product imagery highlights a full CNC-machined metal design, giving the SF U a more serious, stable feel in the hand. The body weighs about 1550 g, so it has useful mass for desk or cockpit mounting and does not feel like a hollow accessory beside the wheel.
Each gear position needs to be read cleanly, every time.
PXN lists a 16-bit angle sensor for the SF U. In practical terms, the shifter is designed to detect lever position with high resolution, which matters when you are changing gear quickly and want consistent recognition instead of missed inputs.

Tune the hand feel to match the car style you drive.
PXN shows the knob as replaceable, so the top of the lever is not locked to one feel forever. That is useful if you prefer a different grip shape for drifting, road cars, rally-style driving or truck simulator use.
Connect directly to PC, or through supported PXN wheel bases.
For Windows PC use, connect the SF U directly with the Type-C to USB-A cable. PXN also lists RJ11-to-RJ11 and USB-C to USB-C connection options for PXN wheel bases. RJ11 and USB-C base connections support PXN V10, V99 and V12 Lite on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, plus PXN VD-series wheel systems on PC.

Type-C to USB-A cable for Windows 7-11 PC setups.
RJ11 or USB-C connection for supported PXN wheel bases.
Console support depends on the compatible PXN base and connection mode.
No battery management, no wireless pairing, just a fixed cockpit connection.

Calibrate the shifter and map the gear positions properly.
PXN shows the SF U inside PXN SimRacing software, including calibration and button mapping. That is useful after installation, because a shifter should be checked in software before you jump into a race and wonder why a gear does not land where you expect.
Best suited to games where manual shifting is part of the fun.
Use it for racing, drifting, rally, truck and road-car simulator titles where a manual gearbox changes the feeling of the whole car. On PC, the direct USB connection gives it the broadest setup flexibility, especially if you are mixing hardware from different brands.

The shifter belongs beside the wheel, not loose on the desk.
The SF U has a baseplate with multiple mounting holes and an accessory kit for installation. For the best feel, mount it firmly beside the wheel so the lever position becomes muscle memory and the whole motion feels connected to the cockpit.
PXN includes the cables and hardware needed for the common setup paths.
The PXN accessory image lists a Type-C to USB-A cable, Type-C to Type-C cable, RJ11 to RJ11 cable, four M5 nuts, four TM5 x 15 mm screws, an open-end wrench and an Allen wrench. That covers direct PC use and connection through supported PXN bases without having to hunt for the right cable first.
