A real 7+R H-pattern shifter for a more mechanical cockpit.
The MOZA HGP Shifter is built for drivers who want the gear change to feel like part of the car, not just another input. A CNC-machined aviation-grade aluminum body, locked reverse and 7th gear, 15-bit non-contact sensing and intelligent downshift throttle blip support make it a strong upgrade for road cars, classic race cars, drift builds and manual sim racing setups.

Seven forward gears, reverse, and protection against accidental shifts.
The HGP layout covers seven forward gears plus reverse, so it suits a wide range of sim cars and driving styles. Reverse and 7th gear are locked behind a downward press, helping prevent accidental selection when the session gets busy and your hand is moving fast.
Useful for classic road cars, GT-style cars and manual driving scenarios.
Reverse requires deliberate downward pressure before engagement.
7th is also protected to reduce accidental over-shifts.
The gate layout brings back the rhythm of choosing the gear yourself.
Smoother downshifts without needing perfect heel-and-toe timing.
MOZA’s patented intelligent downshift system can automatically add throttle blips during downshifts. It is selectable and customizable in MOZA Pit House, helping improve vehicle balance and smoothness when braking hard into a corner.

Precise gear recognition built for long-term consistency.
The HGP uses a 15-bit high precision non-contact angle sensor. That means the shifter can detect position accurately without relying on a contact point that wears the same way a simple mechanical switch can. The result is positive, precise shifting with a long maintenance-free service life.
A firm, satisfying shift with damping built into the mechanism.
A good H-pattern shifter should feel physical. MOZA uses a patented shifting mechanism with a shock-absorbing damping system, engineered to make each gear change feel positive, smooth and deliberate instead of loose or toy-like.

Anodized aviation-grade aluminum for a solid, reliable structure.
Shock-absorbing damping helps the shift feel controlled.
The lever can be modified with aftermarket shift knobs.
A funnel-shaped dust cover helps protect the internal mechanism.

Designed to mount cleanly into most sim racing cockpits.
The HGP is made for proper sim rigs and manual cockpit layouts. MOZA also notes a dedicated desk clamp option for desk users, sold separately, but the strongest experience comes from mounting it to a rigid cockpit or accessory plate where the mechanical shift force can be handled properly.
USB direct to PC, or RJ11 to a compatible MOZA base.
The HGP can connect directly to a PC with the included USB-B to USB-A cable, or to a compatible MOZA wheelbase using the included RJ11 cable. That keeps the shifter flexible for mixed-brand rigs as well as cleaner full-MOZA setups.
