The MOZA R25 Ultra is built for sim racers who want a no-compromise direct drive base with serious torque headroom. It combines a 25 Nm torque output, built-in true torque sensor, zero-cogging flat-wire motor, 21-bit magnetic encoder and high-speed processing to deliver a more precise, more controlled and more physical steering experience.

The R25 Ultra uses MOZA’s next-generation custom flat-wire motor designed specifically for sim racing. MOZA states that it offers 26% higher torque density than similarly sized competitors and true zero cogging, helping the wheel base reproduce small steering inputs and aggressive cornering forces without the notchy feel that can mask useful detail.

The base measures torque directly, not just what the software asks it to do.
The R25 Ultra includes a built-in true torque sensor with 0.1% sampling accuracy and response frequency up to 2 kHz. That direct feedback loop helps the base capture steering input and output more precisely, giving you sharper handling, tighter control and more confidence when the car is at the limit.

A 21-bit magnetic encoder provides 2,097,152 PPR resolution, while the 600 MHz high-performance CPU helps process force feedback quickly. Together, they make the R25 Ultra feel precise when you are catching slides, correcting entry oversteer or making tiny steering inputs through long high-speed corners.

A 25 Nm wheel base needs a proper rig, and MOZA gives the R25 Ultra multiple mounting options: bottom, front and side mounting are supported. The rear ports cover power, PC, pedals, dashboard, shifter, handbrake and emergency stop switch, so the base can sit at the center of a full MOZA cockpit.
